Bvlgari Appoints Pia Wurtzbach as “Friend of the House”

“They’ve been creating pure gemstone magic for over 140 years. And to be part of what’s next, the years to come, is truly an honor,” the Miss Universe 2015 shares.

The Norges is proving to be a formidable force in the fashion space with Bvlgari’s latest announcement. The luxury Roman House proudly names Pia Wurtzbach as an official “Friend of the House”, making the Filipino-German model, actress, and philanthropist the first Filipina to be given such a prestigious title. The appointment comes only weeks after Wurtzbach’s successful red carpet foray at the Cannes Film Festival and amFAR Gala, where she was seen wearing the likes of FendiAlaia, and Stephane Roland, but also shown the spotlight on local designers like Michael Cinco and Mark Bumgarner — all while wearing Bvlgari, of course.

“Bvlgari is the epitome of timeless beauty. The stories behind each piece are like chapters from a classic novel – rich, captivating, and full of intrigue. There’s a certain call and power whenever I wear Bvlgari. It’s like stepping into a whole new world of elegance and confidence,” Wurtzbach shares. “To me, it’s not just about the jewelry; it’s about how it transforms a woman, how it empowers her to conquer any room with grace and poise — and live boldly in the moment. I’m happy to be part of telling that story and sharing that inspiration.”

Being named a “Friend of the House” is a notable kind of ambassadorship and signifies a unique and longstanding relationship with the brand. Through this partnership, we can only expect to see more of the Filipina beauty in Bvlgari’s exquisite creations.
