A jewelry show also took place at the Terme’s large outdoor pool. Styled by Carine Roitfeld, the show featured an iconic cast, including Mariacarla BosconoBlesnya MinherElisabetta DessyIsabella RosselliniCarla Bruni, and Giacomo Cavalli. Each model perfectly embodying the beauty and craftsmanship of the Bvlgari Aeterna collection.

For guests to fully appreciate the majesty of Bvlgari’s latest assortment, the Aeterna creations were showcased in the Aura X of the Terme di Diocleziano. The space was once an ancient Roman bath and its grandeur could not be a better fit for the extravagant exhibition. In the middle of the entire showroom sat the Serpenti Aeterna, where a video revealing the craftsmanship behind its creation was also presented in a customized theater.

The entire setup was inspired by Italian architect Lina Bo Bardi, with reinterpretations of Giovanni Battista Piranesi’s prints as jacquard tapestries done by Venetian weaving Rubelli adorned the walls of the installation. While every High Jewelry creation was housed in one-of-a-kind displays crafted in Italy from alabaster—an ode to the unique light of Rome, the Maison’s constant source of inspiration.
